Questions we get before the first order
No. Wattn is a distributor. Great Power New Energy Co., Limited builds the cells, cabinets and containers in Hong Kong. We add UAE stock, incoming QC, the document pack and local support.
No. The agreement is non-exclusive both ways. Great Power can appoint others; we are not barred from other lines.
Wattn Limited, Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, licence MC 14897, with battery energy storage supply on the licence. Trade licence shared on request.
No. We supply, size and support. Installation and commissioning run through DEWA-enrolled or ADDC-capable EPC partners, often the contractor already on site. You keep the stamp and the margin.
The Great Power warranty passes through on the terms of the SKU datasheet, with Wattn L1/L2 support in the UAE. The exact term is confirmed in writing at quote stage.
GCC and West Asia, non-exclusively. The first jobs are Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where we hold stock, spares and support hours. Outside the UAE we are straight about logistics.
It depends on the SKU, the production queue and local stock. You get a written lead time in the quote, confirmed against the factory PO.
The START SET: Magna-C&I-260 for mid-size sites, Magna-UTL-418 for larger single-site loads, MAX-20HC-5000 for heavy industrial. Larger units can be quoted; these three we stock.
Bill audit, sizing, then a written quote. There is no published price list: price moves with SKU, quantity, delivery terms and scope split. Anyone quoting AED per kWh unseen is guessing.
